Our Business Hours Are As Follows Monday through Thursday = 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday = 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Central Standard Time) Saturday and Sunday = Closed
We are also Closed on all National Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, independence, Memorial and Labor Day)
PURCHASE POLICY: When you make a purchase, it takes 24 to 48 hours for payment approval and up to 7 days for checks. After payment has been approved by our payment processor, we will immediately send you your product. If you have purchased installation, install and setup will begin after payment approval and will take an additional 24 to 48 hours for completion. Please make sure you provide all information details (domain, cpanel/ftp login, admin login, etc.), so that installation can commence without delay.
REFUND POLICY: We only give Full refunds within the first 24 hours. Between 24 and 48 hours, we charge a minimum 10% fee and will only give a partial refund and ONLY if we have not sent you the product or have NOT already done the install. After 48 hours, we do not give any refunds. NOTE: We do NOT give refunds if you have already received the product or service you ordered! Please make sure you want the product or service BEFORE you make your purchase. Our payment processor charges us fees and we are not refunded those fees after 24 hours.
TECH SUPPORT: We offer FREE tech support on ALL scripts we sell for 30 days.
We do not honor our free tech support if there has been any alterations to the script.
This includes (but not limited to) editing of files (web designs, etc..) as this can cause the script to not function properly if the editing was not done correctly. If there are any problems with any script functions as a result of tampering or editing of any pages and any codes were altered in any way, we will not honor the free tech support.
We do not offer the free tech support if we did not setup and install the script and there is a problem with the function of the script due to improper setup or installation. We will give advice or explain the installation process, however we will not physically assist if you did not purchase installation from us.
For us to install ANY script we offer on our site and for us to offer the free tech support, you will need to have a hosting account that has CPANEL installed Version 4.0 or higher, it MUST be Cpanel version 4.0 or higher. You will also need to have access to ftp and phpMyAdmin, a few scripts you will also need access to Cron and depending on the script you purchase, their may be other requirements in order for the script to function. The requirements for that script is listed on the corresponding page.
If you are not hosting with us or one of our Sister sites (ClearViewHost OR Big Mega Host) and you are unsure about your host providers software, Please contact your host provider first.
PLEASE NOTE:
We charge a minimum of $20 to fix a script that has been tampered with or altered in any way. If you are unsure or unfamiliar with altering or editing files, DO NOT TAMPER WITH IT! It will only cost you money in the long run to get it fixed if you or someone else causes the script not to function properly!
