TERMS OF AGREEMENT FOR LEASE TO OWN CONTRACT:

1. You agree to make monthly payments of $13.99 until contract has been completed (12 consecutive months). This monthly fee includes hosting.

2. You agree to pay a $10 setup fee up front to cover the cost of the domain name of your choice. We agree to either refund the $10 after this lease to own contract has been completed or apply it towards the second year of domain registration.

3. You agree and understand that you can NOT move or copy the script or use it on another domain as the script is licensed to the domain and the script will NOT function and is illegal to use the script on a different domain. You further agree that you can NOT remove the "Installed By" or the "Hosted By" links in the footer file until after your lease agreement has been fullfilled (after your 12th installment).

4. You agree and understand that if a payment is declined or fails to go through at any time during the 12 month contract, you will have 5 days to bring your account current. If your account is not made current or satisfactory arrangements made within 5 days of due date, your lease to own contract will be terminated and the site will then be sold to the highest bidder or placed under contract for lease to own to another party. You will give up all ownership rights.
You further agree and understand that ALL money (lease to own payments and the setup fee) that you paid prior to contract termination is NON-refundable.

5. You agree and understand that the domain will be registered to us and remain so for the duration of the lease to own contract. When you have completed the 12 month lease to own contract, the domain will then be transferred to you for FULL and sole ownership.

6. You agree and understand that the site will remain hosted with us during the lease to own contract and that hosting fee's are included in the lease to own monthly fee. You further agree and understand that after the lease to own contract has been completed, you will be responsible for hosting fee's beginning on the 13th month.

7. You agree and understand that you may cancel this contract at any time without further obligation and that all money paid prior to cancellation is NON-refundable and that you are giving up the right to ownership.
